PRESS CLUB

The prime purpose of the Press Club in specific  terms include: the gathering , evaluating and disseminating  of current  interesting issues such as politics, socio-economic and educational aspect. Also here in STA, we maintain the tide as we make use of student reporters who make thorough research and write stories for publications under the watchful eyes of editors or producers.

In STA, we have a unique standardized Press Club comprised of both the Junior and Senior Secondary Students. The students act as correspondents who gather, write, edit and disseminate information on every current issue of social, academic and spiritual interest. The students also act as news Casters especially at major school programmes. Such news, which include current events, grapevines and rumours  also act as a platform for strong criticism, and or commendation and even a reasonable suggestion aimed at sustaining the vision of the school thereby sharpening the active response of a grooming child. In STA’s Press Club, we aid the young minds to unleash their potentials in the area of research and accurate presentation of issues of the moment.
